Across the Costa Blanca coast

The Costa Blanca is a popular place to have a holiday villa. The climate is good, the beaches are beautiful and the food and drinks are affordable. The name seems to derive from the beautiful white beaches, but is actually the result of the (then) intensive cultivation of almond trees that once prevailed there. These left behind a white / pink blossom color and this is where the name Costa Blanca came from.

The Costa Blanca runs from Torrevieja in the South to Gandia in the North. Often the Costa de Valencia and the Costa del Azahar are also calculated as the Costa Blanca.

Along the Costa Blanca are several well-known seaside resorts, the most famous being Benidorm. This is also called the tourist capital of Spain. This place used to be just a small fishing village, but has since grown into a huge tourist attraction. Benidorm is number 3 in Europe when it comes to the number of hotel beds in Europe. Other and more modest coastal towns are Denia, Javea, Moraira, Calpe and Altea.

These places above have the cozy atmosphere of tourism, but also still have the traditional Spanish beaches, restaurants and bars, without tourism dominating.

The Costa Blanca is currently very popular for the winter. There is a microclimate in particular in the area between Calpe and Denia. This is because the area is located in a bowl, so that the temperature differences are smaller. This ensures relatively mild winters and not extremely hot summers. Many people with joint problems and asthma feel much better in this climate.

Interested in buying property on the Costa Blanca?

When buying your dream villa in Spain, a lot is still involved. The laws and rules in Spain are not comparable to those in the Netherlands and therefore need some sorting out before you start. It is wise to hire a (Dutch) buying agent who can do this kind of research work or have it done. Unlike in the Netherlands, the services of a buying agent in Spain are completely free of additional costs for the buyer. This is namely paid by the selling party from a previously discussed percentage of the selling price.

The PrimaVillas concept

PrimaVillas is an independent purchasing agent and guides and relieves clients during the entire purchasing process, from A to Z. This includes, for example, the search for one or more properties that meet the wishes and requirements of the client, but also the planning of viewings and sorting out any debts and problems that may be associated with a home. PrimaVillas has since built up a wide network of specialists, so that everyone can help with his / her expertise in this process.

Within our range we have a wide range of properties for sale. Since PrimaVillas cooperates with more than 13 different brokers, the range is therefore larger and more varied. The offer consists of apartments in the middle of the historic center to luxury villas with swimming pool.
