This village is located in the Spanish province of Alicante in the Valencia region. It is located exactly in between the coastal towns of Javea and Moraira. Benitachell is one of the few places that has not been affected by the increase in tourism. So here you will find the real Spanish life. Cumbre del Sol

Cumbre del Sol is a well-known urbanization in Benitachell. It is located in the heart of the Costa Blanca and is sometimes called the green oasis on the Costa Blanca due to its beautiful surroundings. The Cumbre is in fact a mountain with a beautiful nature reserve, which is surrounded by green pine trees and the Mediterranean Sea. The height of this mountain is 445 meters, so you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view.

Within the Cumbre del Sol urbanization there is a completely private shopping center with various Spanish restaurants, bars, shops, pharmacy, doctor, etc. There are also sporting and recreational activities. Think water sports, diving, walking and golf. The nearest golf course is around 4 km away.

There are around 2500 homes on the Cumbre del Sol. Almost all of these have their own private garden and swimming pool. There is a very pleasant climate because of the protection by the South-East and the high location. The winters are mild and in the summer there is always a cooling breeze. It is also a safe urbanization with its own neighborhood watch.
