About the place Benitachell

Benitachell is a small village located between the coastal towns of Javea and Moraira. It is one of the few places where tourism is virtually invisible. If you are looking for the real Spanish life then you've come to the right place. If you still want to look up the crowds then the towns / villages of Javea, Moraira and Denia are very close.

Cumbre del Sol

The most famous urbanization in Benitachell is the Cumbre del Sol. The Cumbre (which means 'top') is a large mountain with a beautiful nature area surrounded by green pine trees and the Mediterranean Sea. The height of this mountain is 445 meters, making it a beautiful panoramic view.

There are now several facilities within the Cumbre del Sol urbanization. There is a completely private shopping center with restaurants, bars, shops and other facilities such as a pharmacy, doctor, etc. There are also plenty of sporting and recreational activities to do.

There are currently around 2500 homes within the Cumbre del Sol. Almost all of these have their own private garden and swimming pool. Because of the protection by the South-East location as well as the altitude, there is a very pleasant climate here. The winters are not extremely cold and in the summer there is always a cooling breeze which makes the heat more pleasant. It is also a safe urbanization with its own neighborhood watch.
